St Brelades, Jersey St Brelades Bay Hotel is family owned and run. The proprietors pride themselves on offering a wonderful holiday for all ages. Facilities include : Seven acres of award-winning gardens, two fresh water heated swimming pools, one especially for children. Tennis courts, sauna, gymnasium, crocquet, large play area.
LOCATION:
West of the island in St. Brelades Bay which is considered the safest bay in Jersey for swimming. If you are a keen golfer, the Island's premier golf course is only five minutes away.
HOTEL FACILITIES:
The hotel is set amongs 7 acres of award winning gardens. For indoor amusement the St Brelades Hotel has a snooker room with a full size table and for children a games room, a playroom and their own video/T.V. room. There is a lift to all floors, exept for one section of the first floor. Cocktail Bar - Entertainment includes disco, magician, pianist, singer. Early morning and afternoon tea or coffee are complimentary.
ROOM FACILITIES:
82 bedrooms and suites. All bedrooms at St Brelades Bay Hotel welcome you with a basket of fresh fruit and comprise a bath with shower, hairdryer, trouser press, remote control satellite T.V, radio, direct dial telephone with a baby listening facility, and modem points. The Bay Suite is a delighful combination of bedroom and sitting room with a large balcony. The Superior Rooms are extra large bed sitting rooms with sea view and balconies. All rooms at the front of the hotel face the sea and the beach, most of which have balconies. The majority of bedrooms at the back of the hotel overlook the award-winning gardens, the remainder have a limited view of their gardens which is reflected in the rates. The Communicating Rooms represent all aspects of position and are ideal for families. These rooms share a bathroom and, with the exeption of the rooms with communicating singles, can also be comfortably used for the adults.
LEISURE FACILITIES:
Two fresh water, heated swimming pools, one of which is especially for the younger children. A lifeguard is on duty between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, during the peak times of the season they arrange swiming competitions and galas. Lifeguards are also qualified to give private swimming lessons when their other duties permit. Changing rooms, sauna and 'mini' gym. Within the garden is one synthetic grass tennis court and another nearby (rackets and balls are available at reception). Also in the gardens is a croquet lawn, putting green, french boules, giant chess and an outdoor pool table.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in from 1pm, check-out 11am.
RESTAURANT DETAILS:
Evening meals are served from 7pm to 9pm, Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2pm, both in The Bay Restaurant which is non-smoking. The dress code is smart/casual with jacket and tie preferred for dinner (no jeans, tee-shirts or trainers). The Restaurant Manager reserves the right to refuse entry to the restaurant if it is felt that our standards are not being met. The Pool Bar & Grill Restaurant is open in High season weather permitting, casual dress required.
BREAKFAST:
Served from 8am to 10am.
DISABLED FACILITIES:
Two rooms are suitable for wheelchairs.
PET POLICY:
No dogs allowed, except guide dogs which are free.
RECOMMENDED:
Sea view rooms, plat du jour and Sunday lunch.
PARKING:
St Brelades Bay Hotel has it's own car park.
